Claudia Molina began her career in digital media in 2000 working as a writer, director and videographer. Her films and documentaries have toured the international film festival circuit and have been broadcast on CBC, Bravo, HBO Latino, W Network and The Documentary Channel. Claudia has been the recipient of numerous film awards including a GOLD REMI, a GOLDEN SHEAF and 4 BravoFACT awards. She has also been invited to participate in a number of prestigious international film festivals such as HotDocs, Tribeca and Banff TV festival.
Claudia completed a BFA in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia in 2004. She was a Director Resident at the Canadian Film Centre's Director's Lab in 2005. In 2010, she graduated from the New Media Design and Web Development program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
In 2010, Claudia founded Fierce Feathers serving clients such Electronic Arts, Vancity, World Wildlife Fund, David Suzuki Foundation, ethicalDeal and Caregaroo. Kiana is a former Senior Development Director and Producer at Electronic Arts Canada. While at EA, Kiana held a number of positions spearheading implementation of online social engagement projects, including NeedforSpeed.com, EA Sports Active and easports.com. Prior to joining EA, Kiana held the Director of Development position at NCompass Labs leading the creation of NCompass Resolution, a web content management system which was acquired by Microsoft in 2001.
Kiana joined Fierce Feathers in early 2013 to help expand the range of services provided by the digital studio. She brings over 15 years of experience in management of technology, Agile software development and user interface design.
